Hi there

After a few months of letting my site sit around, desperately needing an update, I finally bit the bullet and worked through a re-design. It didn’t need much—aside from my portfolio, adding two additional sections was enough.

I decided to add a blog to the site, as well. Once in a while, I’m fortunate enough to have some really interesting or odd thing (like the Paris Hilton dry cleaners ad) come my way. This blog could be a place for me to share that type of stuff, as well as current work, inspiration, and credit/admiration where they are due.

Which reminds me. Who knows what I was doing staying up late last night when I no longer have homework commitments, but somehow, I stumbled onto the Asthmatic Kitty website, and saw that Sufjan Stevens has a 5-CD pack of Christmas songs.

I’m not a huge fan of carols, but I like the cover art for the CDs quite a bit. I like the illustrations and the type on each cover. (And who knew “Ding! Dong!” was a Christmas thing? To me, it only brings to mind “Ding dong! The witch is dead!” which doesn’t sound convincingly joyful at all.)
