With Earth Day coming up on the 22nd, AIGA is hosting an event on April 19th to showcase sustainable products and green practices for designers. And I’m so glad! Designers sometimes create work in such large quantities, that, with a lot of us around, it has a huge impact on the environment.

The event is titled SEEing Green (the SEE acronym stands for Sustainable, Environmental, Ecological), and will take place at the Cisco Home La Brea Showroom.

In addition, the event is FREE to members and non-members alike, but you have toregister online. I’m definitely going!
