PoIC (Pile of Index Cards) is a method for organizing stray thoughts, ideas, and plans for better productivity. The system is a bit micro-managing (but OCDers rejoice!). It even details what type of notations should be marked on the cards’ upper corner.

The notations that bleed to the cards’ edges are actually pretty sweet. They make the stack look like one of those DNA gel slabs after electrophoresis—almost like your thoughts’ own unique DNA. Neat!
