Aren’t diatoms the most beautiful creatures ever?
Apparently, there’s now a way to incorporate them in the production of paints and plastics to replace more time- and energy-consuming methods. But, the rising acidity of the oceans may spell the end of these little guys. Poor diatoms! (We humans suck.)
